About the position

As a Business Development Associate in Finance & Accounting at Kforce, you will play a pivotal role in delivering creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Your primary focus will be on developing and fostering genuine in-person relationships with clients, establishing yourself as their go-to expert in the industry, whether in the technical or finance & accounting fields. This position requires you to conduct in-person client visits, gain insights into customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs, and deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative manner. You will actively participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social gatherings to expand your professional network. Tracking and communicating market trends will be essential as you create and lead the execution of sales strategies for both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will partner with organizations to understand their unique industry needs, oversee the identification and qualification of solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
  • Develop and foster genuine in-person relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert in the industry.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to understand their vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative manner.
  • Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
  • Develop and foster a network, track and communicate market trends, and lead effective strategies.
  • Create and lead execution of sales for both existing customers and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
  • Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
  • Enjoyment of attending networking events and driving client interaction.
  • Interest in a challenging yet rewarding environment that combines competition and culture within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
