About the position

The Client Relations Account Manager I at Worldpay serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, focusing on resolving issues, complying with customer requests, and responding to inquiries. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and ensuring that clients are properly serviced, while also identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients and various departments/divisions to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Provide support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries.
  • Interface with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other areas to ensure proper servicing of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and departmental reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services, and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify additional opportunities to provide more products, services, or resources to customers and refer to managing director/relationship manager.
  • Participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction and the products/services offered.
  • Participate in the client loyalty process by informing clients of the process and encouraging timely survey responses.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of FIS products/services and general banking operations.
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts effectively.
  • Strong presentation, writing, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Flexibility, versatility, and dependability.
