Responsibilities

  • Bring a positive attitude to each guest and team interaction
  • Perform all front end functions including greeting guests, check-in, service support, check-out and scheduling appointments
  • Ensure that the highest levels of guest service are achieved throughout the Company
  • Serve each client with thorough and consistent scheduling, consultations and customer care
  • Identify and understand client needs
  • Maintain complete knowledge of retail product offerings
  • Educate clients of Scott Miller service offerings
  • Demonstrate computer savvy and eagerness to take on special projects
  • Communicate professionally and facilitate decisions
  • Showcase understanding of the Scott Miller vision, mission, and values through actions in the salon
  • Maintain professional dress code during each shift
  • Collaborate with Scott Miller makeup artists, service providers, and fellow client relations coordinators to provide impeccable service to clients
  • Share and promote additional service and retail options, including gift certificates or promotions with each guest
  • Attend meetings and education as required
  • Be reliable and dependable

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Scheduling flexibility - evenings and weekends
