In this role, you will greet clients as you would guests in your home, manage appointments, and ensure that every client has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist front desk staff in the performance of their duties.
• Train front desk staff in the salon's customer service policies, procedures, and guidelines related to quality of service.
• Organize and oversee the schedule and work of staff.
• Conduct meetings and coaching sessions as needed.
• Monitor calls and re-appointment correspondence from clients.
• Review daily reports for accuracy.
• Resolve client concerns and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Coach and mentor staff.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM software.
• Client experience in beauty, fashion, banking, medical, or dental front desk.
• Experience with collecting cash and credit payments.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales for at least 1 year.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
