About the position

The Client Relations Lead at Dr Delphinium Designs and Events is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client interactions and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients over the phone.
  • Provide detailed information regarding flower and gifts recommendations to educate clients.
  • Master the point of sale system and participate in training of other employees.
  • Monitor orders and confirm details to ensure customer selections are processed correctly.
  • Provide technical support to retail locations about order system, product information, pricing, availability, etc.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Support and assist team members on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • An eye for creativity and design; gardening or love of flowers is preferred.
