About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Christian Dior Couture is responsible for fostering a client-centric culture within the boutique, driving client growth, and ensuring exceptional service before, during, and after client interactions. This role involves collaborating with the Boutique Management team to implement client initiatives, manage CRM tools, and support sales associates in their client outreach efforts. The manager will also oversee client gifting strategies and ensure that all team members are aligned with corporate CRM goals and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with boutique management to develop client planning on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Lead Diorly meetings and conduct one-on-one touchbase sessions with sales associates to align on client initiatives.
  • Ensure all team members understand and effectively use the Be Dior tool for client management.
  • Provide onboarding training for new hires and weekly refreshers for existing team members on Be Dior usage.
  • Monitor and coach sales associates on their daily use of Be Dior, ensuring a minimum of 15 minutes of usage per day.
  • Manage the follow-up process for new clients to achieve repeat sales within six months of their first purchase.
  • Lead client gifting initiatives, including managing lists for global celebrations and personal occasions like birthdays.
  • Evaluate and coach sales associates on their client outreach and appointment hosting to drive better results.
  • Ensure accurate client data entry and compliance with client card SOPs, aligning with corporate CRM KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of CRM KPI reports to assess performance and develop action plans for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong client focus mentality.
  • Initiative and commercial creativity with a sensitivity to fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
