About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Rocky Mountain Laboratories is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience with laboratory services. This role focuses on managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in healthcare or laboratory settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform front-end clean-up tasks.
• Manage client inquiries, orders, and samples, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective assistance and resolve client challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management, including coordinating across departments to resolve client challenges and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail are critical.
• Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
