About the position

Cristo Rey Tampa Salesian High School is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) team. This full-time, exempt position plays a crucial role in fostering relationships between students, school personnel, and business leaders to implement the transformative Cristo Rey Work Study Program model. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for teaching students essential professional job skills, managing relationships with Corporate Work Study Partners, and assisting in the overall coordination and operation of the program. This role is vital in ensuring that students from families with limited resources receive the support and opportunities they need to succeed in their professional endeavors. In this position, the Client Relations Manager will lead relationship management efforts, ensuring effective communication between partners, the CWSP team, and students. The role requires proactive customer service to achieve retention and renewal of business partner contracts. The manager will assist in training Partner Supervisors, monitor compliance, and support them in developing job descriptions for students. Additionally, the manager will track student attendance, manage timecards, and oversee performance reviews, ensuring that students receive constructive feedback and support. The Client Relations Manager will also collaborate with CWSP staff, academic faculty, and admissions to develop and implement the Summer Bridge to Success Program for incoming students. This includes leading professional development curriculum, job placement, coaching, and retraining for students. The role involves conducting site visits to partner organizations to ensure compliance with Department of Labor regulations and participating in CWSP events and activities. The ideal candidate will be committed to the mission of Cristo Rey Tampa and possess a strong desire to work with high school students, promoting a positive school culture and community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship management between Partners, the CWSP team, and students through regular communication.
  • Provide proactive customer service to achieve retention and renewal of business partner contracts.
  • Assist with Partner Supervisor training and monitor compliance of supervisors.
  • Support Partner Supervisors in developing job descriptions for students and provide coaching and resources.
  • Assist with tracking and reinforcing compliance with student CWSP attendance and make-up days, timecards, online performance reviews, managing CWSP grade books, and student feedback surveys.
  • Partner to lead student worker morning launch and implement CWSP operations.
  • Develop and lead year-round professional development curriculum, job placement, coaching, and retraining for students.
  • Collaborate with CWSP staff, Academic faculty, and Admissions to develop and implement Summer Bridge to Success Program for incoming students.
  • Perform Partner site visits in compliance with DOL regulations.
  • Coordinate and participate in CWSP events and activities (internal & external).
  • Assist with other CWSP administrative tasks as assigned by the VP of Corporate Work Study Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Compliance with background checks and completion of the Diocesan Safe Environment Program training.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Commitment to the mission of the school and the Cristo Rey Network.
  • Desire to work with high school students and promote positive school culture and community.
  • Previous client relations management experience, corporate or non-profit.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Technological competency: Microsoft and Google Suite Proficiency-all applications and Salesforce, preferred.
  • Experience working with high school students.
