Cristo Rey Tampa Salesian High School is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) team. This full-time, exempt position plays a crucial role in fostering relationships between students, school personnel, and business leaders to implement the transformative Cristo Rey Work Study Program model. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for teaching students essential professional job skills, managing relationships with Corporate Work Study Partners, and assisting in the overall coordination and operation of the program. This role is vital in ensuring that students from families with limited resources receive the support and opportunities they need to succeed in their professional endeavors. In this position, the Client Relations Manager will lead relationship management efforts, ensuring effective communication between partners, the CWSP team, and students. The role requires proactive customer service to achieve retention and renewal of business partner contracts. The manager will assist in training Partner Supervisors, monitor compliance, and support them in developing job descriptions for students. Additionally, the manager will track student attendance, manage timecards, and oversee performance reviews, ensuring that students receive constructive feedback and support. The Client Relations Manager will also collaborate with CWSP staff, academic faculty, and admissions to develop and implement the Summer Bridge to Success Program for incoming students. This includes leading professional development curriculum, job placement, coaching, and retraining for students. The role involves conducting site visits to partner organizations to ensure compliance with Department of Labor regulations and participating in CWSP events and activities.
