About the position

As an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. You will oversee the implementation of services and solutions, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you coordinate efforts, manage resources, and provide updates on project status and client feedback. Additionally, you will track and analyze client feedback and project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Regular reporting on client activities, project progress, and service performance to senior management will also be part of your responsibilities.
