About the position

Ring Ring Marketing is seeking a full-time Client Relations Manager to enhance the effectiveness of client marketing campaigns and maintain a high client retention rate, ideally around 96%. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients feel confident and secure in the services provided by RRM. The position requires a proactive approach to client communication, necessitating both written and verbal discussions that are thoughtful and professional. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve marketing campaigns. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that they receive timely responses to their inquiries. You will need to consistently follow up with clients regarding necessary information for their campaigns, such as images and payment details. Additionally, you will communicate client requests to the internal fulfillment team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the clients' satisfaction. Regular monitoring and analysis of campaign performance will be essential, with weekly reports and monthly strategy meetings to discuss results and potential improvements. Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivering promised results for existing clients
  • Maintain a client retention rate of at least 95%
  • Consistent follow-up with clients via email or phone
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
  • Communicate client requests to the internal fulfillment team
  • Double-check completed tasks and inform clients of results
  • Spend 2-3 hours daily checking in with clients
  • Monitor and analyze weekly reports every Monday
  • Work with the internal fulfillment team to improve lagging results
  • Prepare monthly reports for each client
  • Conduct strategy meetings with clients to discuss campaign improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in service/hospitality
  • Attention to detail in all job areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
  • Accountability for client relationships and retention
  • Technical skills in internet marketing, including social media marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics
