As a Client Relations Manager, you will engage in meaningful discussions with clients, both in writing and verbally, to understand their needs and communicate effectively. Your innovative mindset will be crucial in identifying ways to enhance marketing campaigns and relay these insights to clients. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, ensuring that clients feel confident and secure in the services provided by RRM. Responsibilities

  • Deliver results promised for existing clients
  • Maintain a client retention rate of at least 95%
  • Consistent follow-up with clients via email or phone
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
  • Communicate client requests to internal fulfillment team
  • Double-check completed tasks and inform clients of results
  • Spend 2-3 hours daily checking in with clients
  • Monitor and analyze weekly reports every Monday
  • Work with internal fulfillment team to improve lagging results
  • Prepare monthly reports for each client
  • Conduct strategy meetings with clients to discuss campaign improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in service/hospitality
  • Attention to detail in all job areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
  • Accountability for client relationships and retention
  • Technical skills in internet marketing, including social media marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, local search optimization, and Google Analytics
