About the position

Ring Ring Marketing is seeking a full-time Client Relations Manager to enhance client marketing campaign results and maintain a high client retention rate. This role involves extensive communication with clients, innovative problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure client satisfaction and success in their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering promised results for existing clients
• Maintain a client retention rate of at least 95%
• Consistent follow-up with clients via email or phone
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
• Communicate client requests to the internal fulfillment team
• Double-check completed tasks and inform clients of results
• Spend 2-3 hours daily checking in with clients
• Monitor and analyze weekly reports and collaborate with the fulfillment team to improve results
• Prepare monthly reports for each client and conduct strategy meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in service/hospitality
• Attention to detail in all job areas
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
• Accountability for client relationships and retention
• Technical skills in internet marketing, including social media marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics
