About the position

The Client Relations Manager will oversee a significant portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving growth through upselling and exceptional service delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and managing landscape enhancement projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and develop customized landscape maintenance plans.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery that consistently exceeds client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' landscapes and propose value-added services.
  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to drive additional revenue.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client relations or account management experience, ideally in commercial landscape maintenance.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills; adept at problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • A genuine interest in landscaping and a desire to grow within the industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with a Top 50 landscaping company.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Field Service Management software (Aspire preferred).
  • Expertise in landscape maintenance operations.
