About the position

The Manager, Client Relations plays a crucial role in the Sales Division, directly reporting to the Head of Client Relations. This position focuses on strategizing and presenting telecom initiatives and bulk service portfolios to property owners and management companies nationwide. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure they fully benefit from Onboard's offerings, while also being responsible for lead prospecting, contract facilitation, and utilizing Salesforce for client management.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect both provided and non-provided leads to spark productive conversations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Provider Relations & Marketing Teams to present tailored bulk service options for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive reviews of financial projections and proposals to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Address objections and employ strong negotiation skills to finalize deals and secure necessary documentation for contract reviews.
  • Facilitate bulk agreements between clients and providers, ensuring a smooth process and beneficial partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving additional sales opportunities and leading periodic portfolio reviews.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Continually elevate knowledge to become a subject matter expert on Onboard and Partner services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or client relationship management role, preferably within the Multi-Family Housing industry.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at handling objections and showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contract facilitation and negotiations, preferably in the Multi-Family Housing industry.
  • A proactive approach to business development with a proven track record of driving success in developing new relationships/expanding on existing relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt in an evolving industry landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to all conversations and negotiations.
