The primary mission of the Client Relations Manager is to drive the growth of the clinic by developing and nurturing long-term relationships with our patients. This role is crucial in ensuring patient satisfaction and fostering a positive experience for all clients. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This position requires an individual who is not only passionate about men's health but also possesses strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients on a personal level. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a proven track record in managing client relationships and prior sales experience.
