About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Fairfax Cryobank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with fertility clinics, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. This role is essential for enhancing service delivery and expanding the network of partner clinics, ultimately supporting individuals and couples in their fertility journeys with compassion and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with fertility clinics and healthcare providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular visits to partner clinics to provide training, support, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our services to clinics.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations or account management role, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
