This position is essential for managing customer communications, processing returns, overseeing inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Address all customer service communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Process and inspect product returns, ensuring items are repackaged and ready for resale.
• Coordinate with our fulfillment center for order processing and returns.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the office organized and efficient.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise related to customer service or inventory.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in office software and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work on-site for up to 20 hours a week.
