About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Proactive MD serves as a frontline representative, championing the company's mission and values while managing client relationships. This role focuses on enhancing client experience and retention through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position also involves oversight of Health Center operations at client sites, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage all communication between the client and Health Center staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to enhance client service and retention.
  • Understand and communicate the client's health benefits plan and align it with services offered in the Health Center.
  • Ensure a 24-business hour turnaround on all client communication.
  • Proactively address and solve opportunities related to the client, patient, and clinic operations team.
  • Report to client leadership on Health Center performance, including quarterly and annual meetings.
  • Track and report on quarterly objectives in partnership with the client and internal teams.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with key client contacts to discuss current events and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify needs and opportunities within the client's member population and strategize engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure service standards are consistently delivered in the Health Center.
  • Lead processes to solve high severity requests and complex challenges related to patients.
  • Organize activities to collect patient feedback and collaborate with teams to address areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting or related field.
  • Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Well versed in self-funded employer health benefits concepts and principles.
  • Ability to provide strategy and consultation related to employer health benefits.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to prioritize needs and plan work accordingly.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
