About the position

The Client Relations Manager at the Community Blood Center of Greater Kansas City is responsible for implementing customer strategies to maximize satisfaction and revenue growth. This role involves maintaining relationships with clients, understanding market dynamics, and delivering effective sales presentations to enhance customer knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and meet assigned sales goals by staying informed about the blood banking industry and competition.
  • Develop, improve, manage, and retain relationships with customers through account reviews and feedback.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to enhance customer knowledge of NYBCe products and services.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and grow NYBCE's market position.
  • Ensure clear communication of messages to customers and verify understanding.
  • Partner with analytics to identify trends and forecast customer performance.
  • Assist in managing the implementation of solutions and issue resolution.
  • Prepare various reports and provide educational support for customers through seminars.
  • Attend conferences and seminars as required and make recommendations for business improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, sales management, marketing, or health administration or equivalent.
  • Five years of direct experience in account management and direct sales in a competitive market.
  • Experience in healthcare, customer service, pharmaceuticals, or medical sales is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations and medical technology/terminology.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
