Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client's products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and industry best practices
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers
  • Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner
  • Gathering data and tracking sales to follow up with managers and the Customer Service Representative team toward possible improvements to our sales techniques

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, communications, and/or leadership role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Full time availability to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent customer relations
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage in interactions and clear communication with both customers and team members
  • Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs, build relations and answer all inquiries
  • Dependability, time management and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask
