About the position

The Client Relations Manager is a part-time, remote position focused on managing customer relationships and enhancing membership growth for a professional network serving PGA professionals and the golf industry. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in recruiting and business development, particularly within the hospitality sector. Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM systems, managing sales pipelines, and planning events, all while ensuring effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and membership growth by engaging warm leads and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Oversee and enhance CRM systems (Keap/InfusionSoft, Fix Your Funnel) to streamline member interactions and manage pipelines.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate data entry, follow-ups on leads, and assisting with member collections.
  • Assist in automating member transactions and workflows using tools like Zapier, project management platforms, and QuickBooks integrations.
  • Plan and attend up to 6 on-site events annually, handling logistical tasks to support a seamless event experience.
  • Update and maintain the organization's WordPress website, ensuring CRM and lead integration for member recruitment.
  • Handle customer interactions with a focus on personalization, timely follow-ups, and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required.
  • Familiarity with Keap/InfusionSoft, Fix Your Funnel, QuickBooks, WordPress, and Zapier is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based software and proficient in using Internet browsers.
