About the position

Ageless Men's Health is seeking a Client Relations Manager (CRM) for our new Cherry Hill clinic, set to open in August/September 2024. The primary mission of the CRM is to foster and develop long-term relationships with patients, driving the growth of the clinic through exceptional client engagement. As the National Leader in medically managed Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Ageless Men's Health has administered over 1,000,000 treatments, setting a high standard for conservative testosterone therapy. In addition to testosterone services, we provide a range of wellness and concierge medicine options for our patients. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The CRM will be a core member of the Ageless Men's Health team, focusing on patient satisfaction and clinic growth. Proven experience in managing client relationships and prior sales experience are critical for this position.
