The Greenery, Inc., one of the Southeast's leading landscaping companies, is searching for a dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team in the Hardeeville/Bluffton, SC area. As a Client Relations Manager, you'll be the face of The Greenery to our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values of quality and professionalism. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth, all while modeling best practices and leadership within the company. In this role, you will conduct daily site visits, building and maintaining client relationships. You will serve as a key contact for clients, managing quality control and ensuring issues are resolved quickly. Collaborating with Account Managers, you will deliver top-notch services and uncover new opportunities for growth. You will lead with passion, mentoring your team on policies, procedures, and best practices, while driving client retention by proactively managing relationships and fostering client loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site visits, building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients, managing quality control and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver top-notch services and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead with passion, mentoring your team on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive client retention by proactively managing relationships and fostering client loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in ensuring high client satisfaction while driving profitability.
  • Experience in capturing growth opportunities through excellent client service.
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships with a focus on retention.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
