About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Proactive MD serves as a frontline representative, championing the company's mission and values while managing client relationships. This role focuses on enhancing client experience and retention through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The manager oversees Health Center operations at client sites, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic planning, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage all communication between the client and Health Center staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to enhance client service and retention rates.
  • Understand and communicate the client's health benefits plan and align it with services offered in the Health Center.
  • Ensure a 24-business hour turnaround on all client communication and proactively address client-related opportunities.
  • Report to client leadership on Health Center performance, including quarterly and annual meetings for performance reporting and strategic planning.
  • Track and report quarterly objectives to the client and conduct bi-weekly meetings to discuss current events and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify needs and opportunities within the client's member population and strategize with teams to develop engagement strategies.
  • Lead the process to solve high severity requests and support client-sponsored employee events.
  • Organize activities to collect patient feedback and collaborate with teams to address areas of opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting or related field.
  • Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Well versed in self-funded employer health benefits concepts and principles.
  • Ability to provide strategy and consultation related to employer health benefits.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to prioritize needs and plan work accordingly.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
