As a Landscape Client Relations Manager at Greenscape, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients while ensuring their landscaping projects are executed to perfection. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns promptly, and providing updates on project progress. Your expertise in landscape construction, including site analysis, grading, drainage, and plant selection, will be essential in guiding clients through the process and ensuring their visions are realized. In this role, you will utilize your customer service experience to create exceptional experiences for our clients. You will be expected to maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) software daily, documenting all interactions and ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to analyze drainage and grading requirements will be crucial in providing clients with informed recommendations and solutions. You will also collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while also maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting in the development and implementation of the company's sales protocol and new business development plan. You will track upcoming jobs to bid with existing clients and coordinate job specifics with production teams. Conducting monthly walk-throughs to identify and document any discrepancies will be part of your routine, ensuring that all company quality standards are met.
