About the position

We're on a mission to expand our reach, and we're searching for a dynamic individual to lead the charge as our new Client Relations Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our law firm's growth, driving new business and forging meaningful connections with clients. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, has a keen eye for spotting potential, and can turn leads into loyal clients who trust us to guide them through the complexities of estate planning. As the Client Relations Manager, you won't just be filling a role—you'll be a crucial part of our team, working hand-in-hand with our attorneys and legal operations experts. Together, you'll dive deep into our firm's unique approach to estate planning, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the needs of our future clients. This is more than just a sales position; it's an opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while contributing to the continued success of our firm. Compensation: $50,000 + Performance-Based Compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and other channels
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly follow up to move prospects through the sales process
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their legal needs, and introducing them to LLG services
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to showcase LLG's expertise and value proposition
  • Work closely with our attorneys and legal operations team to ensure accurate communication of legal services and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
  • Gather client feedback and work with the legal team to continuously improve service delivery
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client interactions, and conversion rates
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales progress and client feedback
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay informed about LLG's legal services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and build relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - taking a consultative approach
  • Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to walk the balance beam of working independently and part of team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Ability to adapt and overcome in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with legal services or the ability to quickly learn and understand the LLG way
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
