About the position

The Client Relations Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborates with various departments to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our in-house team of Client Relations Specialists.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address client needs promptly.
  • Manage data entry tasks related to client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong office skills including proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
