About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage our in-house team of Client Relations Specialists.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address client needs promptly.
- Manage data entry tasks related to client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong office skills including proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
