The Client Relations Manager at Cathedral Corporation is responsible for managing a specific client base and overseeing deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project management, including data processing, printing, finishing, and mailing, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet project requirements.
  • Resolve inquiries, changes, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team on change management.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status to clients and internal departments.
  • Participate in quality control reviews of project proofs and coordinate approvals with clients.
  • Facilitate project material artwork and inspect for quality.
  • Ensure clients provide necessary project deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all projects and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Client service focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change and team-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with effective planning and prioritizing abilities.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional/business experience in client relations or project coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Preferred education level is a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in client service and/or project coordination.
