The Client Relations Manager role is essential for expanding the customer base and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the telecommunications industry. This position focuses on providing superior customer service, addressing inquiries, negotiating service deals, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers to provide information and answer questions based on products and services that fit their needs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for each individual customer, building relationships with them that are strong turning them into key stakeholders.
  • Be a part of the full service cycle, including closing the final sales process and compiling the follow up of when the customer receives their new product and that they are fully satisfied.
  • Reporting and tracking sales activities to analyze the data and enhance sale strategies and client relations improvement.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's business operations, sales processes, client expectations, and services available to be fully equipped with all client knowledge and be superior in your field.
  • Professionally addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints.

Requirements

  • Experience in the fields of customer service, client relations, sales, business or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers.
  • Receptive to feedback and willing to implement constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
