As the National Leader in medically managed Testosterone Replacement Therapy, we have administered over 1,000,000 treatments and are committed to advancing men's health and improving lives. The primary mission of the Client Relations Manager is to foster and nurture long-term relationships with our patients, driving the growth of the clinic through exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure that patient needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in promoting our services and enhancing patient retention. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will need to be detail-oriented and well-organized, with a professional presentation that reflects the values of Ageless Men's Health. Proven experience in managing client relationships and prior sales experience will be critical to your success in this position.
