In this role, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the onboarding process, which includes managing waitlist placements and providing necessary resources. The position demands a proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey with FREEDOM Therapies. The manager will also oversee the retrieval and organization of client documentation, including insurance information, contracts, and consent forms, to facilitate seamless service provision. Additionally, the Client Relations Manager will monitor client satisfaction and service quality by maintaining ethics and client service reporting lines. This includes conducting outcome surveys for discharged clients to assess the efficacy of services provided. The role emphasizes a client-focused atmosphere and encourages participation in evidence-based strategies to enhance service delivery. Regular reporting to management and active participation in monthly meetings with the Scheduling Coordinator are also key responsibilities of this position. The manager will engage in community outreach and advocacy efforts, promoting awareness and support for individuals with special needs while seeking growth opportunities within the organization.
