About the position

The Client Relations Managing Senior Director is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare employer-sponsored contracts across the country, focusing on customer service excellence to ensure client success and retention. This leadership role involves mentoring Healthcare CR Directors and training new team members on healthcare updates, while providing strategic guidance aimed at growth and retention. The position can be based remotely or in regional offices in Newton, MA or Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sr. Directors and Director(s) responsible for EdAssist Healthcare clients.
  • Exceed growth plans while supporting retention and expansion objectives.
  • Serve as a senior representative of the EdAssist Client Relations team at various functions and events.
  • Maintain all Healthcare client contracts and renewals optimally.
  • Develop consistent, successful customer service with senior level sponsors to maximize client success and retention.
  • Renew and negotiate client contracts to optimize financial returns and terms.
  • Ensure clients maximize their child care investment and view Bright Horizons as a strategic partner.
  • Respond to client requests and serve as an escalation point for senior leaders.
  • Support operations in developing new programs for clients, including budget development and contract negotiations.
  • Streamline and innovate client management using technology and systems effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in a Director or similar role required.
  • Client Relations experience with Health Systems or Hospitals preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare organization's needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Related business experience including managing a budget and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Experience interacting with Executive levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Expertise in solving complex business problems.
