About the position

The Client Relations / Project Manager at Eurofins Built Environment Testing serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring total client satisfaction through effective communication and management of client accounts. This role involves understanding internal operational capabilities, participating in the sales process, managing client inquiries, and developing strong business relationships to enhance client service and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Understand internal operational capabilities and service capability matrices of various lab locations.
  • Participate in the sales process by creating accounts through direct discussions with clients and coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring resolution of issues or complaints related to project management.
  • Maintain clients' accounts with up-to-date preference information.
  • Coordinate with Laboratory Support for proper receipt and login of samples.
  • Answer common technical questions and facilitate problem resolution with laboratory staff.
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients to enhance service and sales.
  • Ensure clients receive proper sampling supplies by coordinating requests for products.
  • Generate weekly metrics and provide feedback on client concerns to upper management.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Biology or related science is required.
  • 2-5 years minimum customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in the Indoor Air Quality field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a laboratory setting is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
