We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team at SJI Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. The Client Relations Specialist will also oversee operations and projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will perform various duties including data entry tasks to update client information in our systems, utilizing your phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, and processing requests such as Required Minimum Distributions (RMD), rollovers, and opening new accounts. You will also oversee compliance requests and handle the training and onboarding of new employees. Additionally, you will conduct bi-weekly meetings with our marketing team to align on strategies and initiatives.
