About the position
Moon Law is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support clients affected by recent wildfires. This remote, part-time position focuses on building strong relationships with clients, gathering detailed information about their cases, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text message.
- Gather detailed information from current clients about their cases.
- Create call logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of all current clients.
- Draft compelling narratives describing the client's story and experience escaping the fire.
- Prepare demand packages.
Requirements
