About the position

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients at our new Pet Lodge. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring that the needs of both clients and their pets are met effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills to analyze client feedback and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including data entry and updates in our computerized systems.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently as required.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure all communications are conducted in English, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles is preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Kennel Intake or Veterinary Operations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients in a nurturing yet effective way.
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record management.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights based on client feedback.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
