About the position

The Client Relations Specialist at Mays, Byrd & O'Guinn, PLLC. is a part-time role focused on enhancing client experiences and maintaining strong relationships. This position is essential for ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their interactions with the firm, which primarily serves clients in personal injury, family law, civil litigation, and probate law. The specialist will coordinate events, manage social media content, and assist in marketing initiatives to promote the firm's values and services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee client-facing events to enhance the client experience and strengthen relationships.
  • Execute digital and community marketing initiatives that emphasize the unique achievements of our founding partners.
  • Create social media content to capture internal happenings at the firm.
  • Manage the design, ordering, and distribution of branded merchandise to boost visibility and client engagement.
  • Conduct client surveys in Prevail or similar systems to gather actionable insights and improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning community events that highlight the firm's values and foster meaningful connections.
  • Regularly update the Managing Attorney and Office Manager on client success initiatives, events, and campaign progress.
  • Work alongside third-party SEO and marketing companies on seeing projects across the finish line.
  • Ensure Google reviews are responded to the same day with structured language.
  • Ensure marketing and contact source data is accurate and up to date in Lead Docket depending on marketing campaigns running (radio, website, etc.).
  • Maintain the Firm's CRM and lead tracking spreadsheet to ensure accurate metrics analyzed by the Firm's marketing team to track various marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the owner(s) to review sales and marketing data.
  • Run errands as needed for the internal team to the bank, etc.
  • Book flights and travel plans for partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a client success, marketing, or community engagement role, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Proficiency in feedback systems, such as Prevail, as well as experience in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, community partners, and the internal team.
  • Experience coordinating events with attention to detail, organization, and client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with branding, social media, and digital marketing strategies to support firm initiatives.
