The Client Relations Specialist at Prodigy Healthcare is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to clients undergoing rehabilitative programs. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring compliance with court requirements and maintaining confidentiality. The role is integral to supporting the organization's mission of improving public safety through effective client interactions and support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of virtual contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage a high volume of inbound telephone calls through a routed system.
- Schedule appointments with precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism towards clients and team members.
- Handle sensitive material confidentially, adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Ensure client compliance with court requirements and maintain accurate notations in their file.
- Support Prodigy's mission to improve public safety through evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management databases.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a medical call center or counseling agency.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the criminal justice system.
