About the position

The Just Culture Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the Just Culture Company and its clients, focusing on supporting organizations in adopting a workplace accountability system that enhances psychological safety and improves outcomes. This role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and industry partners throughout the adoption process, ensuring effective communication and support from initial inquiry to long-term sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal interface with corporate clients
• Identify client needs and expectations
• Prepare proposals and quotes, write sales contracts
• Coordinate training and support activities
• Participate in advertising sales
• Troubleshoot client needs
• Answer incoming calls
• Provide tier 1 support to online application
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
• High attention to detail
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights
