The Client Relations Specialist at The Perfect Child is responsible for managing patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback while ensuring a high standard of care for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as the specialist will work closely with various staff members to enhance patient experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Manage patient complaints and feedback, escalating issues to appropriate staff members as needed.
• Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for improving patient care and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Savvy with technology (Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, CRM, Google Suite).
• Time management skills.
