About the position

The role of a Client Relations Specialist is multifaceted, combining client support, operational oversight, platform proficiency, and strategic partnership within a startup wealth management firm. This position is essential in providing a first-class service experience to clients and ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective support to clients, ensuring their accounts are properly maintained and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients, handling necessary paperwork and facilitating smooth integration into the firm's systems.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, processes, and systems that support the firm's operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement workforce strategies that align with the firm's overall goals for growth and efficiency.
  • Supervise tax management for portfolios within the Adhesion platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
  • Experience using Addepar preferred, including report creation, portal management, and data integrity.
  • Fluency in Fidelity's Wealthscape Platform is preferred, particularly in utilizing the Integrated Cashiering feature.
  • Prior experience with dual custodial platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and leadership.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A track record of anticipating challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Flexibility and an ability to adjust quickly to changes in priorities, processes, or work environments.
  • Strong service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
