About the position

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced pet care business. This position involves managing day-to-day logistics, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating appointments while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills to handle various client and staff interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduling requests via email and telephone as well as through the scheduling software (Time To Pet).
• Set appointments in scheduling software.
• Review and address client billing inquiries.
• Consult with prospective clients and attend in-home Meet & Greets.
• Collaborate with the office team on strategies to deliver organic growth.
• Take ownership of the client satisfaction experience.
• Participate in marketing activities.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role at a small business with excellent references.
• Excellent telephone and email customer service and communication skills.
• Strong business writing skills and ability to demonstrate typing proficiency (30 wpm or above).
• Precise data entry skills with zero mistakes.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking without dropping tasks.
• Appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
• Great PC and technology user skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
