About the position
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare and wellness industries, specifically focusing on Med 7's clinically proven CBD products. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for wellness products. The specialist will work to drive awareness and adoption of Med 7 products among healthcare providers, wellness centers, and retail distributors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare and wellness industries.
- Educate clients about Med 7's product offerings, focusing on the benefits of clinically-backed CBD solutions.
- Identify and initiate new client relationships through various channels.
- Develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies to increase product sales and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share client feedback and insights for continuous improvement of Med 7's offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or sales, ideally within the CBD, wellness, or healthcare industries.
- Proven network and relationship-building skills within target client segments.
- Knowledge of CBD products and a passion for health and wellness solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
