About the position

The Client Relations Team Specialist at The Baldwin Group is responsible for providing high-quality service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and managing various client service requests. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients across small to large accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts
  • Process endorsements
  • Issue new business
  • Answer client questions regarding coverage
  • Remarket accounts as needed

Requirements

  • Current State Insurance License, as required by the State Department of Insurance
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software programs
  • Capable of typing a minimum of 55 words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes initiative to contribute as a proactive and determined professional
  • Uses accuracy and thoroughness while completing job responsibilities
  • Demonstrates the firm's behavioral tenets, exuding behavior that is aligned with the corporate culture
