The Client Relations Trainee role is designed for individuals eager to enhance customer experiences and drive community engagement. This position focuses on training new hires to become experts in customer service and sales, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The role emphasizes relationship building within the community and aims to increase awareness and revenue generation for the firm's initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the community at events to increase awareness and drive revenue generation.
• Effectively educate community members on our clients' community-focused initiatives with the intent of increasing donations.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding the customer's needs, and identifying actions.
• Attend in-person meetings to learn all marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the communities, consumers, and fellow team members.
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness.
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management.
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company-provided forms.

Requirements

• 0-3 years as a Community Service Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or other relevant entry-level positions.
• High school diploma and/or GED is a must.
• Dedicated to meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Go-getter with a drive for success and to establish a long-term career.
• Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times.
• Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently.
• Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality.
