The Client Relations Trainee position at our RPA Business Firm in Fort Worth, TX, is designed for individuals looking to develop their customer service and sales skills. Trainees will collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of client accounts and will receive training to effectively manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by leveraging knowledge of client devices and technological skills acquired through training.
  • Generate awareness and drive sales through effective communication with our clients' consumer base, introducing and promoting client products and services.
  • Center around customer needs by listening to their current situation, discussing potential service options, and matching them with a proper client solution in order to complete the full sales cycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers to tailor sales strategies to their preferences and needs.
  • Become well-versed in client protocol, requirements, and engagement parameters through training in customer service, sales, awareness, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with members of management and other Client Relations Trainees on achieving client sales objectives and improving customer retention.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, retail, sales, or business-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist in sales interactions with potential customers and manage accounts effectively.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and a different language is a plus to enhance customer service and provide effective communication to a diverse set of customers.
  • Desire to truly assist customers with improving their current service experience by providing relevant information on client devices.
  • Reliability in time management to ensure proper completion of individual and collaborative tasks.
  • Ability to absorb and implement training on client services, account management, service devices, sales, and promotions.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $3,900 - $5,200 per month.
