About the position

The Client Relations Trainee position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to support both non-profit partners and clients. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various customer-related tasks to ensure a positive experience for clients and their customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries during in-person community-based events.
• Develop a deep understanding of our client's initiatives to effectively engage customers and generate revenue for our clients.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and gather insights on common pain points or areas of improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience for customers and maximize revenue generation.
• Continuously identify and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience, streamline support operations, and increase efficiency.
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
