About the position

As a Client Relations Trainee, you will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships across both the retail and B2B divisions of our firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set by working with diverse clients and consumers, gaining exposure to various client-facing activities, and collaborating closely with both sales and support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving customer concerns or issues by working closely with relevant departments to address problems efficiently.
• Handle escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution, all while maintaining professionalism and a client-first mindset.
• Assist in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities for both retail and B2B clients by collaborating with the sales team.

Requirements

• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer support and client services.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
• Familiarity with call center operations and cash handling preferred.
