About the position

We are a rapidly growing client management firm located in Fort Worth, TX, and we are excited to announce that our Client Relations team is expanding. We are looking for an ambitious go-getter to join us as a Client Relations Trainee as soon as possible. The ideal candidate for this position is a people-person who has a passion for trying new products and services. As a Client Relations Trainee, you will receive two weeks of hands-on training designed to ensure you have a complete understanding of all position responsibilities, expectations, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will be expected to meet with fellow team members to review logistics, client expectations, and your daily schedule. You will work within a small team to complete daily territory assignments and ensure that all expectations are met. Participation in meetings at our office, as well as client meetings via Zoom, will be a regular part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to learn and stay up to date on all sales and marketing initiatives, which will enable you to execute presentations to potential customers about our clients' products and services. Additionally, tracking and reporting all daily sales activity will be a key part of your role, ensuring that we maintain high standards of client relations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must present themselves in a professional manner at all times.
• Must be able to learn and stay up to date on all of our clients' products and services.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, while also thriving independently.
• Must be comfortable with direct sales, customer service, and marketing.
• Previous experience in a customer service-based role is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Local travel is required.
