Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized product and service presentations directly to consumers to spark interest and close sales.
• Track sales metrics and KPIs to ensure company goals are being met or exceeded.
• Attend regular team meetings both in-person and virtually to strengthen customer service and sales tactics.
• Answer consumer inquiries in a professional, clear manner to ensure thorough understanding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidential customer information, client documents, and sales contracts in our POS system.
• Implement negotiation and persuasion strategies to overturn customer objections and confidently close sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in client services, sales, restaurant, or retail is highly desired.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to confidently close sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring client success.
• Ability to utilize sales software and POS systems.
• Ability to commute to our El Paso office daily.
